Identity Branding

Sahela Market

The client needed a cohesive visual identity that would make Sahela Market instantly recognizable and convey trust to shoppers. I designed a full brand system—including logo, color palette, typography, and stationery—using Adobe Illustrator and a hand‑drawn logotype to ensure the assets scale cleanly across every touchpoint.

The Work

The Problem

Sahela Market approached me because they had no visual identity, which made it hard for shoppers to recognize the brand and trust its offerings. Without a consistent look across signage, packaging, and digital assets, the market risked losing credibility and repeat business.

The Approach

I created a full brand system from scratch, starting with a hand‑drawn logotype in Adobe Illustrator so the logo would stay crisp at any size, from a storefront sign to a social media avatar. I then defined a color palette and typography that reflected the market’s local roots and modern ambition, and applied those elements to stationery and other touchpoints using Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva for quick production.

The Result

The new visual identity gave Sahela Market a recognizable, trustworthy look that appears consistently across all materials, making it easier for shoppers to identify the market and feel confident in its brand. The assets scale cleanly, so the client can now use the logo and colors on any medium without re‑creating files.
